Very possible to be missing money from rebates to tax returns. When you owe money they are quick to find you. When they owe money, You are no where to be found.
I suggest you do an internet search for finding lost money. There are plenty of free sites, so you should not have to pay any money. This would be a quick way for some people to gain some quick need cash. Good luck and have fun looking.
